ARE APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY?

Appointments are preferred so that we can guarentee your preferred time or day availibility! We have some of our stylists who booked a month out and others are availiable to take you right away. Please include your preferred appointment time and date when contacting us so that we may fit you with your best options of stylists.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Besides stopping by the salon personally, you can now call/text you preferred stylist directly. Click here to go to our Stylists page and contact your stylist today!! Don’t know who to pick? Give us a call or go to our Contact page to fill out our contact form.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?

We ask that you please contact your stylist directly to cancel your services at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in missed services fees.

WHAT IF IM PREGNANT, CAN I STILL RECEIVE COLOR SERVICES?

There are many “off the scalp” color and treatment options available! A few example are highlights, lowlights, and balayage.

IS THE BEAUTY SALON WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! Our entrance as well as our restroom are both wheelchair accessible. Please note that many of our offered services require enough mobility to transfer to our shampoo chairs and lay back into them.

CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Many times we can accomadate SOME additional “day of” services without scheduling. We do ask that even if you’re just thinking about adding on something, to let us know ASAP so that we can make any adjustments to the amount of time needed to apply the additional services properly or if we may need to book a seperate appointment.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Absolutely! You can get a gift certificate directly from your preferred stylist OR by contacting Rooted Beauty Studios.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

Each of our stylists are preparred to take cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. You pay your stylist(s) directly for the retail or services you received.

CAN YOU QUOTE A PRICE OVER THE PHONE?

We can gladly give you an approximate prices for what you are to expect when you come in, but due to various additional factors a price given over the phone is subject to change. Our stylists can communicate the best method to approach your hair desires and all costs associated when they can see it in person. Please be sure to confirm the price prior to services!

HOW DOES THE TIPPING PROCESS WORK?

Tipping your stylist for their exceptional service and attention to detail is at your discretion.

DO YOU ACCOMODATE LATE ARRIVALS?

We pride ourselves on providing services in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is not only appreciated, it helps us properly serve you. As a courtesy to other clients we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment time.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?

Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for an appointment.
